I offer comprehensive diagnostics and repair to all Shimano Di2 electronic shifting components and STEPS . Using SHIMANO's SM-PCE02 PC Linkage Device and E-TUBE Professional software I can customise the setup of the components and tailor the operation to your preferences.
Shimano periodically release new firmware that can fix bugs and add new functionality so it's important to make sure your system is up to date.

Firmware update: $20 (changes can also be made to the configuration at the same time)
Troubleshooting / diagnostics: $80/hr
